Our Wagyu

Our wagyu beef is genuine Hida gyu from Japan. The cattle have never been interbred with other breed of cattle so the quality of the meat would not be compromised. They are raised stress free and grain-fed for at least 500 days on the broad land of Japan.
          

Food safety

Our wagyu beef is Hida gyu. They use a quality control system called “Paddock to plate” by which they detect even the tiniest contamination in the meat at each stage of the food processing throughout the entire production.
At Hida Takayama all the food processing is done within the group so that they have a complete traceability for all the distribution processes from the farm to the customers.
